Because responsible AI use starts with people
Anyone who wants to use AI strategically in direct dialogue with customers needs far more than technical expertise. Trust and acceptance are central to responsible and effective dialogue management.
To ensure this, transparency, control, and ethical responsibility are required.
EIKI® was designed so that the phone AI clearly states its role as a digital employee at the start of the conversation, always acts within its defined scope of action in its behavior and reasoning, and can be handed over to a human contact at any time if needed.
Our goal is a responsible and transparent human-machine interaction that creates reliability and security in digital dialogue.
Building trust through transparency in dialogue
During configuration, we ensure our phone AI identifies itself as an AI right from the first sentence of the dialogue with the customer. This lets us consistently rule out misunderstandings or unintentional deception of the customer regarding a human counterpart. It is then up to the caller to decide whether to continue the conversation with the digital employee or prefer a human contact.
If the latter is the case, the AI can transfer the customer at any time to an actual company employee, defined in advance.
This creates a fair and self-determined form of dialogue that establishes transparency in customer interaction, builds caller trust, preserves their freedom of choice, and meets applicable regulatory requirements.
Complete control and steerability through clear guardrails
It's important to us that AI is used to support, not replace, human expertise. In our process, humans remain "ultimately responsible" at all times. EIKI® is configured through a three-step process:
Basic Setup
Detailed mapping of your company.
Knowledge Curation
Process and sales logic are structured and stored.
Use-Case Configuration
Individual alignment to a specifically defined use case.
In addition, by formulating a specific prompt, we create a clearly bounded scope of action within which the phone AI can operate. This includes, for example, responding to potential negative feedback, critical conversations, expressions of uncertainty toward an AI, or more complex, inappropriate requests from the caller.
We also define EIKI®'s degree of creativity, which determines how autonomously the AI may respond to questions versus basing its answers specifically on documents and data set up in advance.
These clear guardrails ensure that the AI agent operates only within its defined limits, shows no uncontrolled autonomy, and makes no misleading or undesirable statements. During configuration, responsibilities are clearly defined and the AI's role and tasks are documented in a traceable way. This gives you full control over EIKI®'s conversation and argumentation structure, letting you continuously steer and optimize its behavior.
Making responsibility measurable: our 13-step quality management
Ethical responsibility is only effective and credible when it is continuously reviewed and verified. Before and during live operation, our phone AI undergoes a 13-step quality, transparency, and compliance process, which includes the following tests in particular:
This helps us establish a foundation for high system stability, compliance with regulatory requirements, and ethically responsible communication.

Comprehensive monitoring lets us analyze system performance, conversation quality, and process stability, allowing the phone AI to always be optimized and steered within the defined guardrails. EIKI® comes with built-in monitoring and reporting features that ensure traceable analysis and optimization of system usage. Adjustments made based on these insights are carried out strictly for their intended purpose and under expert supervision.
During ongoing operation, the following factors are primarily analyzed:
- Conversation flows and transcripts
- Trends, common concerns, and follow-up potential
- Drop-off patterns in the dialogue
- Specifically defined KPIs for the respective use case
- Process and workflow quality
The collected data is used for structured performance and quality management. Data is not collected for any other purpose, and content is not shared with third parties. This ensures that all optimizations are carried out in a traceable, controlled manner and always in line with regulatory requirements, with the goal of providing customers with a responsible and authentic user experience.

A phone AI only earns acceptance in customer dialogue once it
transparently identifies itself as a digital system and gives the caller the freedom to choose between interacting with a digital or a human contact.
transparently identifies itself as a digital system and gives the caller the freedom to choose between interacting with a digital or a human contact.
acts in a comprehensible, authentic manner and always within its defined scope of action, making no misleading, manipulative, or inappropriate statements. Communication is respectful, knowledgeable, and appreciative, even under complex, changing circumstances or in potentially critical conversations.
is controllable and its activities can always be transparently analyzed, evaluated, and further developed.
has clear escalation concepts that ensure human intervention in sensitive or complex matters.
is used strictly for its intended purpose and does not exercise a high degree of autonomy when answering questions, but always aligns with company-specific guidelines.
handles customer data with care, processes it only within the defined scope, and does not use it for training or for other purposes without consent.
And this is exactly the standard EIKI® was built to meet: high process and performance transparency, clearly defined roles, defined boundaries and guardrails, and comprehensive quality assurance form the basis for a reliable and ethically sound human-machine interaction.
